As a general rule, we process only the personal data that we receive from you in the course of our business relationship. Your personal data includes your name, address, contact details, date and place of birth, nationality, etc., as well as credentials (for example, identity card data) and authentication data (for example, a signature sample). In addition, this includes order data (for example, payment orders), data from the fulfillment of our contractual obligations (for example, sales data in payment transactions), advertising and sales data, documentation data, register data, information from your electronic communication with OBJENTIS (cookies, etc.) and data to meet legal and regulatory requirements.
Purposes of processing data
We process your personal data in accordance with data protection regulations for the following purposes:
- To fulfill contractual obligations (Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR)
The processing of personal data (Article 4 (2) GDPR) is for the purpose of providing and brokering our services. The specific details for the purpose of data processing can be found in the respective contract documents and terms and conditions.
- As per your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR)
If you have given us consent to process your personal data, processing will only take place in accordance with the purposes set out in the consent declaration and to the extent agreed therein. A given consent can be revoked at any time with effect for the future. The revocation of consent does not affect the legality of the data processed until the revocation.
- For the protection of legitimate interests (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR)
If necessary in the interests of OBJENTIS Software Integration GmbH or a third party, data processing beyond the actual performance of the contract may take place in order to safeguard our legitimate interests or those of such a third party. In the following cases, data processing takes place to safeguard legitimate interests:
- Measures for business management and further development of services and products

- If required due to legal action
Within OBJENTIS Software Integration GmbH, your data will only be received by those employees who need it to fulfill contractual, statutory and regulatory obligations or a legitimate interest.
