We offer junior employees the opportunity to gain extensive training and experience in the software testing field as well as working with renowned, international customers. This gives you the chance to get to know different companies, to become familiar with different approaches (e.g. V-Model, Scrum, etc.) and to acquire knowledge in important software testing tools.
Experienced testers, test automation specialists and test managers are given the opportunity to gain consulting experience or to further professionalize existing experience. You can get to know different industries and different development paths that are open to you. We support the respective development paths with subject-specific education and certifications (ISTQB, IREB, Scrum, Tosca, Consulting-Skills, etc.).
