We offer juniors the opportunity to gain comprehensive training and experience in software testing and to collaborate on projects with renowned international clients. This gives you the chance to get to know different companies, become familiar with various methodologies (e.g., V-Model, Scrum, etc.), and acquire knowledge of important software testing tools.
Experienced testers, test automation engineers, and test managers have the opportunity to gain consulting experience or further professionalize their existing expertise. You can explore different industries and have various career paths open to you. We support your individual development with specialized training and certifications (ISTQB, IREB, Scrum, Tosca, consulting skills, and much more).
Our employees are our most important asset, and we place great emphasis on their professional development. We offer you not only regular training and further education (hard and soft skills), but also participation in innovative research collaborations. Hierarchies at Objentis are very flat, and management is always open to discussions, questions, or even criticism.
