You can expect exciting client projects and the opportunity to contribute to testing activities within an existing consulting team. As a consultant, you will support our clients in software testing and quality assurance for mission-critical software applications in sectors such as insurance, banking, telecommunications, government, and industry.

We are currently seeking a full-time Test Manager for our Vienna office.

We are always looking for new team members for our diverse projects and strive for steady, sustainable growth.

What we expect

Completed technical training in the field of computer science (IT apprenticeship, HTL, FH/Uni)
Methodological knowledge and practical experience (min. 3 years) in software test management
Knowledge of common test management tools (e.g., Jira XRay)
Excellent People Skills
Customer focus and excellent communication skills
German language skills at least at level B2

Your tasks

Coordinating the test team and ensuring communication with management, specialist departments, business analysts and developers.
Creating test concepts and test plans, as well as comprehensive planning, management and control of all test activities.
Developing test metrics and their reporting, as well as their implementation
Documentation and test case management
Possibly creating test cases and defects.
The testers also provide active and hands-on support when needed.

The advertised position is governed by the IT collective agreement and offers a minimum salary of €4,000 per month. We offer a competitive salary above this minimum, depending on qualifications and experience.
