After completing his bachelor’s degree in Moldova, Vadim Mihailevschi successfully earned his master’s degree in Software Engineering and Internet Computing from the Vienna University of Technology. He gained his first professional experience as a tester at a company specializing in test automation development and, thanks to his dedication and expertise, advanced to test lead within a few months. He then spent five years at an insurance company as a test manager and SAP test automation specialist.

Due to his excellent language skills and affinity for international teams, Mr. Mihailevschi later took on diverse responsibilities in software quality assurance and test automation at the United Nations. Since 2020, he has been working for Objentis as a consultant in the insurance and construction industries, focusing on test automation and test management. He brings over 18 years of experience in software testing in various roles and possesses in-depth expertise, particularly in test management and test automation.
